Your Consumer Account Request Must Include the Following:
- Your company's name and complete address
- Your (requestor's) name and telephone number
- The TCF Bank customer's name and address (for whom the information is requested)
- The complete, all numeric account number (Masked account numbers with XXX's or letters will not be processed)
- The account owner's full social security number
- A signed and dated authorization from the account holder
- Borrower's authorization should be in the same name as the entity requesting the verification, or provide the listing of relationship of authorized parties to request information.
